  I had an appointment that they cancelled due to the dentist being off sick. I made a new appointment that they cancelled the practice being closed. I was informed that they would contact me to arrange a new appointment within a few days. One week later they didn't contacted me. I called them and made another appointment. So, my first appointment date was set at, circa, 2 months after my inital call. In terms of patient service my first impression is that this group appears to be invested in quantity which could potentially adversely impact service quality.

  I went there and seen a dentist. Paid 50E after he told me that he does not have the tools to fix my problem. I asked at the reception to have the Xray emailed to me as the dentist could not do anything and she told me that I have to pay 35E for that and then she hang up the phone. Very disappointing. Please avoid this clinic.

  Just got my braces off this evening and have to say I’m delighted. Sonia, Jaime and Gabby were amazing, they were patient, check ups were quick and informative and treatment was top class (especially considering I needed braces off ASAP before emigrating) Had a filling with Maria too, also very knowledgeable and friendly.
  Receptionists were always accommodating with appointments when booking in advance.
  Facilities were clean and it’s centrally located.

  I had an implant done in My Dental which started to fail three years after it was put in. My current dentist didnt have to explain in detail why the ‘screw’ my expensive implant was put on was not doing it’s job I could clearly see from the X-rays myself. I also had a sinus lift to provide more stability for the implant yet the screw was not long enough. A complete waste of money and time. Would have paid more for a reliable service that will stand over heir records at least up to 5 years after a procedure.

  I went here in severe pain with an abscess, explained my pain to the nurse who seemed to agree it was an abscess. Went into the Dentist then he did a full mouth examine, never asking me about what I was there for.. told him twice about the pain.. He kept over talking me calling out all the procedures that I needed to have, when he finally finished this again I asked him about the abscess he said no there was no sign of one.. the nurse tried her best to explain my symptoms but he didn't listen then told me I had about 2k worth of work done and to go home and get panadol (I told him I had been over 2 weeks taking over the counter painkillers with zero effect) he didn't care got me out as quick as he could before telling me to book in for this 2k of work !!! Went to a different dentist the very next day she confirmed it was definitely an abscess and put me on 2 courses of antibiotics due to severity . If you go to a GP with a sore arm they don't give you a full body examine they deal with the problem. My dental certainly did not do this all they cared about was €€€ , I walked out in more pain than anything.
