- Paulina Jeleniewska Added 28/11/2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Deliveroo what a shame! I thought it will be a good first time using your service but how wrong I was! We ordered our food like almost 2 hours ago. I rang the restaurant and they told me that the food has been ready for collection for like 45 minutes! No sign of the driver! We left the tip on your website - again mistake! Not the fault of the driver obviously but you're giving your customers wrong information. The food according to the delivery time suppose to be here after 30-35 minutes from placing the order. We live about 10 minutes cycling from the place! Thank you for ruining our dinner plans! Buon appettito! Never again!
