He puts you immediately at ease with his manner during your initial inspection, and gives a clear and untechnical prognosis of your teeth. He explains what work needs to be done, with options of work types and time frames in a non-judgemental manner. He lets you decide what you want. Perhaps most importantly he causes no pain, and that is one reason why I will be going back! (not too soon I hope)
